BulkRegister Plug-in Configuration

To configure the BulkRegister plug-in, please visit the BulkRegister website and register the Reseller account. Obtain all the requisites necessary for BulkRegister plug-in configuration (BulkRegister member handle, Authorization hash, BulkRegister server and name servers requisites). If needed, refer to the appropriate BulkRegister documentation for more information.

Please note that you do not need to take care of any special integration with BulkRegister - the BulkRegister plug-in built in HSPcomplete provides all the necessary options: automated domains registration and renewal, name servers registration, automated domains transfer. If you will need to configure your BulkRegister Reseller account, please use the browser-based tools provided by BulkRegister.

Thus, please fill the plug-in configuration form, test the integration, and go live with BulkRegister domain registration.

To configure the BulkRegister plug-in:

  1. Click the Edit button on the plug-in screen. Fill the form that appears:
    1. Type the BulkRegister server address in the Remote host field. To test your integration with BulkRegister indicate staging.bulkregister.com and for production stage, indicate host2.bulkregister.com
    2. Type the number of port where the BulkRegister server listens for domain registration requests in the Remote port field (typically, 5000).
    3. Type the handle obtained from BulkRegister into the BulkRegister handle field.
    4. Paste your BulkRegister Authorization hash into the Authorization hash field.
    5. You can check the Use BulkRegister DNS to use the BulkRegister name servers for domains registration.
    6. Domain administration URL. This part of the form defines the Registrar's domain administration interface URL. This URL is automatically assigned to the Administer Domain button in the HSPcomplete customer Control Panel. When a customer clicks this button, he/she is switched to the domain administration interface. In addition, you can select the, Form method (the HTTP method of data representation), and arguments to be passed to a Registrar to provide the logging in to the domain administration interface without the need for a customer to enter a domain name, login, or password. To pass no arguments, leave the fields empty. To pass an argument, enter its name into the relevant field. Please note that arguments names are not arbitrary values, they may differ for each Registrar, so if you want to pass some arguments, you must first find out the correct names.
  2. Click the OK button.
